Walpurgis Machinart Academy in England is the greatest educational institute in the world of magic. Raishin and his automaton Yaya are coming from Japan to Liverpool for the "Wiseman" tournament held at the academy, but only the top 100 students are allowed to participate and Raishin exam results puts him 1235th position out of 1236.
