Hitsugaya and the others arrive at the Bounts` hideout, where Ichinose is waiting for them alone. Ichinose plans to detain them himself to help Kariya and his group, who are already headed for the Seireitei. Ichigo and Chad arrive, and with the others, they surround Ichinose, and he releases his zanpakuto, Nijigasumi, to take control of Ichigo and others.
