Hitsugaya learns that the Bounts have gathered mobs of followers, so he goes to the forest in Kusajishi with Rangiku and Renji and starts investigating. Meanwhile, buildings in the Seireitei that were destroyed by Ichinose are being restored. Mayuri notices something and returns to the Department of Research and Development.
