Kounosuke, the young master of the Omi-ya, a kimono shop in the Ryogoku district and who is rumored to be a stylish playboy, has recently been turning up at the Izumo-ya rather frequently. Kounosuke is fairly refined in his manners, but there is a rumor that it might be an act to make women let down their guard, and Seiji is unwilling to have Oko fall for such a person. So one night, Seiji has a certain respected person bring along one of his shop`s tsukumogami to a party with Kounosuke to uncover the truth behind this supposed playboy.
