Tora Goes to the City
Ushio hears about an incident that happens at a construction site. The bodies at the site happened to have bite marks on them, so he immediately thinks Tora is behind the incident. Tora tells him that he's innocent, but Ushio goes far as to transform and won't believe him, so Tora runs off into the city. Ushio goes after him and meets an old man who says that "Gamin-sama has awoken." He then learns a shocking truth from the book that the old man is holding...
