The Inspectors have taken over the major military bases of the North American Reion, and the Federation Government and military are plunged into chaos. Meanwhile, Archibold of the Neo D.C. forces takes over the Riksent Duchey to secure military funds. The Battle Carrier Hiryuu Kai has descended to Earth, and met up with the Hagane.
