Shin-chan goes along with his mother to the doctor as she has a backache, but troubles the doctor there. Shin-chan meets an aunt while playing whom he has seen before on TV. Shin-chan troubles the sales woman and gets her arrested by the police. Shin-chan makes a mother's day card for his mother and also helps her in making a cake.
