This young man from Kalos is interested in all things regarding blue Pokémon, and he’s not the only one; he has an omnipresent rival named Bluto! Back and forth they go, trying to outdo each other when it comes to being a blue Pokémon superfan! But after multiple competitions, they finally join forces when Team Rocket appears to steal everyone’s Pokémon!
