Kenichi is overjoyed when he receives an 8mm camera for his birthday. He immediately decides to use the camera to make a ninja movie starring him. However, Kenichi, who can't imitate the movements of a ninja, changes the main character to Hattori and continues filming, but Hattori is too conscious of the camera and can't behave well.
