The Infinite Tsukuyomi does not affect Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Minato because they are reanimated. Hagoromo, the Sage of the Six Paths, appears and explains to the four that Hashirama and Madara are the reincarnations of his sons Ashura and Indra.
