Mitsuki has been feeling a little lonely lately seeing Himari spending so much time with Suzukaze Tsumugi. Meanwhile, the student council investigates Tsumugi, who has launched a new system called “Bazzlume Change”, which is activated when the audience's enthusiasm reaches its limit. To test her abilities, Sakura asks Mitsuki to face Tsumugi in a Duel Test.
