Heybot and Nejiru awaken to the sounds of samba music, and find the people of the town engaged in a mad dance. Everyone, from the maids to the king, is acting strangely! It turns out it all started when the king`s old rival Norio arrived to steal back the Groovy-Groovy Screw. To save his father and all the people of the town, Nejiru and Heybot must venture Groovy-Groovy Island to get it back!
