Kaito is vexed about what`s happened and plants himself on the toilet. He was saved by Sekito yet again just before he was about to lose to Ryuuga. Just then, the prime minister, Musaku Nagata, and secretary of the Cyber Bureau, Asuka Yagami, appear on the scene! Massive Towers of Seizure have fallen at seven different locations all over Japan.
