As the city prepares for Halloween, Ratman walks down an alley and a strange shadow appears before him. A voice declaring itself the true son of the emperor of the European Youkai, Backbeard, Backbeard Junior, belongs to the European youkai Bat-cat. Bat-cat asks Ratman to help him collect blood for the ressurection of Backbeard. He has a reason for wanting to achieve something great. Ratman turns him down, but when the huge reward is set in front of him, he changes his mind and offers to help. But there's no way Ratman will simply do as he's told and collect blood, is there...?!
