The efforts of Kitaro and the others has lead to the fall of Tamamo-no-mae, and all Four Generals of Betrayal have been sealed away. A time of peace descends, but Kitaro's expression stays troubled. No one knows who released the Four Generals, not even King Enma. All that's known is that a red-faced youkai was seen at the scene. Requests from youkai to Kitaro come fluttering in. Kitaro and the others head to a mountain where plans for a golf course are moving ahead. Kitaro and the others stand against the destruction of the ground and the homes of the youkai.
