A water shortage is occurring everywhere. As if to pursue the beaten enemy, an invisible enemy continues to pound, destroying dams and water tanks. The Earth is put into a grave situation. The God Phoenix is mobilized and discovers the flying mecha Kamisoral which has become a white shadow.
