Totoo, who has turned into a frog, wants to go to grade school. He asks the school principal to accept him. The principal offers that if a frog can pass the test, he will accept him, and Totoo takes the test. But after the test, he scares the principal`s wife in the pool. The wife loses her ring and panics. Totoo leaves his home knowing that he cannot go to school after causing such big trouble. He drops himself into the sewage pipe to die. But in the water, he finds the principal`s wife`s ring. In this episode Totoo is able to return to his original human form.
