Cosmetics company president Sashihara is strangled to death in the women`s clothing store of the department store Conan and friends have come to. Sashihara leaves a dying message using her left and right hands. Inspector Megure decides to question store employee Nanbu, customer Nitsuka, and Sashihara`s employee Yamaki.
