This year is the 450th anniversary of Oda Nobunaga taking Gifu castle. Conan, Ayumi, Genta, Mitsuhiko, Haibara, and Professor Agasa have come to Gifu City to enjoy the events celebrating the anniversary. At night, Conan and his friends go to watch the five-man origami fighting squad, the Nobuna Gaizers. Mitsuhiko loves local heroes.
