Because of the "adjustment" that Shouma made to the summoning process, Kouji is unaffected by Ryuzu's image and goes into the Tower of Light to face Ryuzu. Chrono and the gang soon enter the tower, become separated, and each prepare to fight against the members of the Company (except Chrono).
