After giving a look as though he hadn't really faced any worthy competition, a young boy on a BMX named Reiichi suddenly appeared to present a challenge.Soon, another fighter who was also Reiichi's best friend appeared. This fighter whose name was Tsukio was well built with thick arms and had defeated many fighters night after night and yearned for a chance to battle with the Air Master. But first came the battle with Shinnosuke!
