Summer vacation. Urawa Third High School Railroad Club's Usagi, Tokiwa, Minami, Midori, Sakura, and the Student Council members Saiko, Kojika, and Misono are enjoying the summer at the municipal pool. At the end of the fun day, Saiko suddenly announces that the railway fan club will be shut down.

Usagi, Minami, and Tokiwa, who were told by Saiko that the railway club was to be shut down, go to the student council room to protest. What are the conditions for keeping the club going?

Usagi, Minami, and Tokiwa are at the Hikawa Shrine to pray for their success at the Railway Championship Saitama Preliminary, so that the club can be sustained. A mysterious group of five appears in front of them, who are enjoying local specialty food.

The mysterious group of five was the St. Omiya Girls High School Railways Club who saw Usagi and others as rivals! And we find out why Nishiki sees Usagi as her enemy.

Usagi, Minami, and Tokiwa are at the Omiya Park as a pep rally for the Railway Quiz Championship. Nishiki and others from theSaint Omiya Girls High show up and challenge them to a Railways quiz. The competition leads to an UWAAR match…but what exactly is UWAAR?!

Somehow, Mimuro Misono finds herself in outer space. Seiganji Sakae of St. Omiya Girls High appears, and a fierce space science battle between them unfolds!

It's the second round of the Railway Quiz Championship, Saitama Preliminary Semifinal. It takes place as a botanical quiz, held in Omiya Bonsai Village! Captain of the Urawa Railway Club, Saido Midori, and Junoh Saiko of Saint Omiya Girls High display the battle of intelligence!!

It's the third round of the Railway Quiz Championship, Saitama Preliminary Semifinal. Aragami Azuma of Saint Omiya Girls High and Kamikizaki Tokiwa of Urawa Third will face off in a rap battle! Azuma hurls a perfect theoretical rap at Tokiwa, and Tokiwa has a difficult time matching the level of prowess. That's when a "helper" appears...!

Showdown with a history quiz, set in Oshi Castle! It's a battle between Tajima Sakura for Urawa, and Ichinomiya Shion for Saint Omiya. Shion is a beautiful young lady, but she's got a quirk…!? Both girls are knowledgeable, and a fierce battle is inevitable. Who will reign supreme?

The final showdown is a bicycle race, which stays totally unrelated to the railway until the very end! Takasago Usagi of Urawa Third and Sakuragi Nishiki of Saint Omiya Girls High finally face off! Who wins in the end?!

Saint Omiya Girls High wins the Railway Quiz Championship Saitama Preliminary Semifinal. But Usagi, Tokiwa, and Minami bump into the despondent members of Saint Omiya Girls High on the street. What will happen to both teams? To the relationship between Usagi and Nishiki? And most importantly, what will happen to the Urawa Third Railway Club?!
