Synopsis
I-Machines are the general term for robots that operate in extreme environments. While Alliance Academy student Maya Mikuri is in the middle of operating an I-Machine, she gets involved in an incident with pirates, and ends up serving as a crew member on an excavation company's spaceship.

Alice is flung into space, Ido's memories come back to him and he vows to protect her. They're being targeted when some unexpected allies appear.

Maya, Alice and Ido are engulfed by the sphere and cut off from space outside. With the support running out, Maya explores a derelict ship inside.

After listening to the log that Ido salvaged from the derelict ship, the crew decide to investigate the Doctor who made it

Seeking the Truth
Karla recalls her past and her first meeting with the Stulti crew. With Alice gone, they decide to go after the observer, who may be an illegal clone.

Addams transfers Karla's consciousness back into her body. Stung that Ido doesn't remember their shared past, he does the same with Kain's body.

Innocent Oribit
The military prepares for an assault on the wandering planet Rajeev at Earth's Lagrangian point 2. Ido realizes his memories could lead to victory.

Still Here
Ido pleads with Addams to help him save humanity, but he refuses. Alice consciousness and the one last chance at survival are both with Rajeev.
